How can I add Email accounts? Go to yourdomain.com/admin and login with your username and password. Under users heading click on add user enter username, full name, password and confirm password. |
How can I add an email alias? An email alias is a method of mapping a nickname to an actual email address or addresses. Aliases are commonly used for mail distribution or to forward an email message to more than one email address at one time. You can map an alias to a user name, to another alias, or to an email address. Go to yourdomain.com/admin and login with your username and password. To setup an Alias: Login as Administrator Select Services on the menu at the left side of the screen. Select Sendmail SMTP Server from the list. Click on the "yellow pencil icon" under the Actions column. In the Alias: field (at the top) Add the alias name( ie john). From the Forward To: pick one of the user name already setup for the domain or In the Forward To:(outside of domain): add the address to send to (ie john@aol.com) |
How can I get my browser to Remember Passwords ? When you go to a site on the internet and enter your user ID and password a little box will pop up asking you if you want to continue to remembering passwords. If you answer no this prompt you will not see this message again and Internet Explorer will not remember your password information. If you answered no to this prompt before and decide you want Internet Explorer to start remembering your password information, you can turn this prompt on or off again. Click on Tools at the top of internet explorer Click on Internet Options Click on the Content Tab Under Personal Information Click on the AutoComplete Tab. Click on the small box to the left of "Prompt me to save passwords" to enter or remove the check mark.) |
